what payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDeal, and PayPal in most regions. The full payment amount will be processed when we receive your order. Studio Dekstra does not retain customers' payment card details for security reasons.

If an incorrect amount has been charged for your purchase from the webshop, you will be given the choice to either place a new order at the correct price or cancel the order. Should we be unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled.

what currencies do you sell in?

Studio Dekstra operates exclusively in euros (EUR). All orders, regardless of the country of origin, will be processed in euros. Studio Dekstra is not responsible for any currency fluctuations, and your bank will determine the exchange rate reflected on your credit card statement.

where can I apply my discount code?

You can enter your discount code during the checkout process.

Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or additional discounts. They are subject to expiration and are only valid within the specified date range. Consequently, discount codes cannot be applied to previous or future orders outside the voucher’s valid period. Promotions are not applicable to past orders

can I cancel or amend my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please send an email to info@studiodekstra.com as soon as possible with your request. Once orders have been dispatched, we are unable to make changes, but we will do our utmost to accommodate your request wherever feasible.

when will my order be shipped?

Your order will be dispatched once all items are in stock.

which countries do you ship to?

Studio Dekstra currently ships to most countries in Europe. Contact us for shipments outside of the available options on the website.

what are the shipping times for your products?

These timeframes apply to items that are in stock. Custom-made and pre-order items have different shipping schedules, as indicated on the product page. We do not guarantee that all items available on our website are in stock at the time of your order. If any items in your order are out of stock, we will contact you by phone or email.

Standard handling time for all items is 1-4 business days and does not include the shipping times listed below. These timeframes are approximate and do not account for possible shipping delays. Occasionally, shipments may exceed the listed timeframes if an item is oversized or requires special handling. While shipping within Europe is faster, please note that borders and customs may cause delays.

All timeframes are provided in business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Europe: maximum 14 days

Studio Dekstra reserves the right to select the most suitable shipping method for your package, which may occasionally result in longer delivery times. You will be notified if this occurs.

what is the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, Studio Dekstra will send you an order confirmation, followed by a tracking email once the package has been dispatched.

Please note that packages cannot be rerouted after they have been shipped, so ensure that your shipping details and personal information are correct at the time of checkout.

Home delivery is to the curbside, and you will need to collect it at the front door of your building or home.

what should I do if my order is damaged in transit?

Please be aware that many of our products are handcrafted, meaning each one has its unique characteristics. Minor imperfections are often inherent to the natural materials we use and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece. However, if your item arrives damaged, we urge you to contact us immediately.
